VialMetric Terms of Service

Welcome to VialMetric. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VialMetric mobile application (the "App"), operated by Outerwells LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Important Medical Disclaimer
VialMetric is a personal logging and tracking utility designed strictly for lifestyle, fitness, and wellness purposes. Outerwells LLC is not a healthcare provider, and the App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision support.
The data and protocols you log within the App are for your personal informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any wellness, diet, fitness, or supplement protocol. You assume full responsibility for your health and wellness decisions.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
VialMetric offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases.
Billing: All payments are processed and managed securely through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) using third-party infrastructure.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellations and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Because billing is handled entirely by the app stores, Outerwells LLC cannot directly process refunds or cancellations.
3. User Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. VialMetric is designed with an offline-first architecture, meaning the personal wellness data you log is stored locally on your device. For details on how we handle diagnostics, analytics, and third-party integrations (such as advertisements), please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may display third-party advertisements or utilize third-party tools (such as analytics or payment processing). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these third-party services.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outerwells LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Where is my research and dosage data stored?
Everything is stored securely and strictly on your local device. There are no cloud databases, accounts to create, or external tracking scripts, ensuring total data sovereignty and uncompromising privacy for your logs.
Does the app calculate reconstitution ratios automatically?
Yes. Simply input your compound's total mass and the liquid volume used. The engine will instantly calculate the precise resulting concentration, eliminating the need for manual mental math.
Can I track multiple components mixed in a single vial?
Absolutely. Upgrading to VialMetric Pro unlocks Multi-Peptide Blend Stacking, allowing you to combine up to five distinct sub-components into one unified vial while tracking the exact dose breakdown of each individual element.
Am I locked into the app, or can I export my history?
You maintain complete ownership of your records. You can seamlessly export your entire administration history as a CSV file directly from the settings menu at any time.
