Vialmetric Privacy Policy

Outerwells LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VialMetric mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We design our apps with a privacy-first mindset.

Local Wellness Data: VialMetric is built using an offline-first architecture. The wellness protocols, dosages, notes, and personal logs you enter into the App are stored locally on your device (via an internal SQLite database) and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only explicit text queries submitted by you directly into the AI Research Assistant are processed via cloud APIs.
Biometric Security: If you enable biometric lock features (such as fingerprint or facial recognition), this authentication is handled entirely by your device’s secure operating system. We never access, collect, or store your biometric data.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide certain features, the App integrates trusted third-party services. These third parties may collect information sent by your device as part of their service delivery:

In-App Purchases (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat to process and manage premium app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects anonymous, transactional data (such as purchase history and subscription status) to unlock premium features. No medical or personal logging data is shared with RevenueCat.
Advertisements (Google AdMob): The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use pseudonymous identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads and track ad performance.
Artificial Intelligence Processing (Google Gemini API): When you interact with the AI Research Assistant (AI Lab), text queries and prompts you submit are transmitted securely to Google's Generative AI servers solely to process and generate conversational responses and reconstitution calculations. Your local inventory database and off-chat logs remain on your local device. Outerwells LLC does not sell, monetize, or use your AI prompts to train proprietary foundation models. Your use of the AI feature is subject to Google's data privacy practices, which can be reviewed at Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may collect anonymized diagnostic data, performance metrics, and crash logs to monitor the stability of the App and fix technical bugs. This data contains no personally identifiable information or personal health logs.

4. Data Deletion

Because your personal logging data and AI chat history are stored entirely on your device, you can clear your AI conversation at any time using the in-app delete/clear action, or delete all stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage in your device settings.

5. Compliance with Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Where is my research and dosage data stored?

Everything is stored securely and strictly on your local device. There are no cloud databases, accounts to create, or external tracking scripts, ensuring total data sovereignty and uncompromising privacy for your logs.

Does the app calculate reconstitution ratios automatically?

Yes. Simply input your compound's total mass and the liquid volume used. The engine will instantly calculate the precise resulting concentration, eliminating the need for manual mental math.

Am I locked into the app, or can I export my history?

You maintain complete ownership of your records. You can seamlessly export your entire administration history as a CSV file directly from the settings menu at any time.
